PAYMENT INFORMATION We accept credit cards, checks and money orders at no charge. Once payments are made either online, over the phone, or via postal services, an order can only be processed once that payment has been approved. We at KICKCreations.com are not responsible for any delays due to payment issues incurred. There is a $30 fee for any returned checks.

SHIPPING INFORMATION Most orders received ship out within a week or two. You are responsible for shipping fees based on the method of shipment made. KICKCreations.com is not responsible for any damages incurred due to the method of delivery. Damages incurred due to delivery (Post Office, Ups, etc.) becomes an issue of the delivery company used and you must file with them. Please keep your products and original box and packaging as required by most shipping companies and file with that company as soon as possible being that many have a notification time limit. We will be happy to assist in the process.

Product Availability KICKCreations.com reserves the right to deny an order based on seasonal availability of certain products. If we do not have the amount of products you request in stock, your order might require more processing time. KICKCreations.com will notify you if this is the case and you have the right to retract your order at this point. KICKCreations.com is then not responsible for any delays due to the time it takes for us to receive the products.

RETURN POLICY NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS. Because your items are personalized, we do not accept any returns. We send out an approval e-mail and request that an e-mail be sent back before processing your order so that any errors can be avoided and you receive what you expect. Please make sure to check all spelling, dates, times, wording, grammar, etc before sending back your approval e-mail. Please keep in mind that colors and sharpness may seem different on your screen than when printed out.

PRICING KICKCREATIONS.com reserves the right to change prices on this site at any given time. All orders made before the published changes not have to pay the new amount. Any orders placed once the price changes are incurred will be subject to pay the new price.

*We create both our own wrappers and creations yet we do use templates that can be found on other sites who use the same design programs as KICKCreations.com. We show both on our website and do not differentiate as we can make minimal or no changes to templates.
