At KICK Creations we ship UPS or USPS. Shipping charges will be calculated at the time your order is placed. Please be advised that we can not ship to any PO Box addresses. Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (up to 1-4 weeks for personalized products or gift wrapping), and shipping time is calculated based on your time selection. If you need an item faster please call us at 1-866-366-5425 so we can accomodate your needs. (Please note, you are responsible for the rush shipment amount.)

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We at KICK Creations carry high-quality items. If for any reason you request a refund for the entire order placed (no partial refunds accepted), you have 7 days to call us at 1-866-366-5425 or email carol@kickcreations.com to make your request. NO REFUND IS ACCEPTED ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS!

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, and will be refunded only the total of the products less a 10% restocking fee.

Orders cancelled prior to shipping will incur a 5% restocking fee.

Before we ship, we carefully inspect all of our products, but nonetheless, things happen. If by chance you receive damaged/broken items,you have 5 days to file a claim with us and we will process a UPS claim for you and send you replacements via UPS Ground service.
